We use only the highest-quality fabrics sourced from around the world, with this collection specifically focused on American made fabrics. The fabric selection process is meticulous, involving thousands of fabric swatches to ensure each design is crafted from the perfect material. This step is crucial, as the fabric determines the comfort, drape, and overall feel of the garment.
// THE FACTORY
Our factory is located in downtown Los Angeles, and production is spread across multiple buildings, each specializing in different garments. We chose this factory because of its small, dedicated team and its commitment to ethical practices, including paying sewers a living wage. This allows us to be deeply involved in every step of the process ensuring each garment comes out perfectly.
// STEPS OF DEVELOPMENT (Around 8 moths from start to finish)
Initial Design: Carson sketches the initial design.
Fabric Selection: We select the fabric and receive color swatches in specific shades.
First Sample: The factory creates the first sample and sends it to our team in Nashville.
Approval and Changes: We review the sample, suggest changes, and approve the fit.
Second Sample: The factory implements changes and sends a second sample for approval.
Production Approval: If the second sample meets our standards, we proceed to production.
Final Production Samples: The final samples are made and sent for approval.
Full Production: Once approved, full production begins.
